brilliant student or experienced workers

A brilliant student who studied very well at IIM or any institute. Who often moves in market, hired by a big BRAND instantly, ever justify the big position? How a company can say “the pleasure is ours”.

The topic of discussions is what is more important a “brilliant without experience” or an “experience with low academic profile”.

If “practice made men perfect” is the main thing then why not experienced & if “brilliants are perfect” then why others 100% brilliants means 100% achievements.

What is more important holding good cards in hand or playing those you hold well..

i thing holding good cards is more important then how to play. without kwnoladge good knowledge experience is nothing
